Seems like dimensions..presumably in cm? It appears to be like like cill is meant to be “sill”. Unsure if UK spells sill in a different way over there.
However I am undecided why the mm dimensions do not match up with the cm dimensions. Might be that the cm dimensions are measured to a baseline like grade elevation. Or simply CAD program is rounding the cm dimensions to complete numbers. That’s puzzling.
