Initially located on a neighboring property, this three-story barn was relocated to its present website within the early 1900s. Many years had handed since its final replace or upkeep, typical of barn conversions. The mission’s success relied on salvaging the compromised construction, with plans for a loft bed room, kitchen, and toilet. Stripping away exterior layers, reconstruction commenced on the inspiration and timber body, leading to an insulated shell adorned with new home windows, siding, and roofing. Inside, the uncovered timber body towards tinted plaster partitions created a country but modern ambiance, accentuated by the sincere structural enhancements of metal brackets, tie rods and I-beams merging conventional and fashionable parts seamlessly.
