Entries at the moment are open for the 2024 Australian City Design Awards, the annual program established in 1996 to rejoice distinctive homegrown city design initiatives.
Created by former prime minister Paul Keating’s City Design Taskforce, the awards have highlighted the crucial position of excellent city design for greater than 25 years. Cox Structure, Six Levels Architects, Architectus, Oculus Panorama Structure and City Design, Side Studios, and SBLA Studio have been among the many winners of the latest awards, final offered in 2022.
The Australian City Design Awards are co-convened by the Planning Institute of Australia, the Australian Institute of Architects and the Australian Institute of Panorama Architects.
Entries shall be accepted till Friday 2 February 2024. Submissions could be made through the City Design Awards web site. Awards and commendations shall be revealed at a presentation at Canberra’s Parliament Home on 18 March 2024.
