Please tell me this building is real

Good day fellow architects, this tough sketch is a constructing carved in my reminiscence and that i can swear that i’ve seen it earlier than, i drained to clarify the constructing type to all my colleagues and nobody is aware of it, so for the previous 3 days i’ve been looking out in every single place in each nook to search out it and couldn’t discover any clue, please inform me is that this constructing actual or am i going insane?
