The 14th century Fortress stands within the small and pleasant village of Piozzo, surrounded by the hills of the Langhe. Fantastically preserved and in a dominant place with splendid views over the well-known hills that produce probably the most Italian wines. Over the centuries it underwent numerous interventions that remodeled it into an expensive dwelling. The noble constructing is unfold over two flooring and a basement for a complete of 1280 sq. meters divided into 15 rooms (9 bedrooms) and three bogs. A powerful and monumental staircase connects the flooring of the constructing. Near the Fortress there’s a farmhouse of 315 sq. meters. It’s on two ranges and consists of an condo with 3 bedrooms, a toilet, a rumpus room, a parking area, a porch and a barn. The Fortress is surrounded by 53400 sq. meters of land, partly planted with vineyards and partly wooded.
The structure of this house is like one thing out of a film. LOVE IT! On the market for €2,100,000, through James Version. This one goes out to my mother who’s from northern Italy (slightly city referred to as Borgo Val di Taro).
