Tauranga to be home to largest timber office building

Warren and Mahoney’s 90 Devonport, a ten,000m2, eight-storey, mass timber workplace constructing in Tauranga for property developer Willis Bond, is focusing on a low-embodied-carbon footprint, with the usage of a mass timber construction changing conventional concrete and metal parts.
