Does this building really exist?

I’m undecided if that is the proper subreddit to ask this, however I used to be questioning if anybody knew if the constructing on this portray is an actual place? And whether or not it’s a palace or a mosque?

For context, it has been hanging in a neighborhood kebab restaurant for a very long time. The employees members I requested stated they didn’t know the place it was, however that perhaps it was Turkish or Iraqi.
