Question about how room dimensions and counterspace

I couldn't discover a fast reply on Google. I might ask my architect however they’re in a special time zone and this appears faster lol.

I'm attempting to "chalk" out these room dimensions my architect despatched again to get a really feel for our large our rooms will really feel.

Does the 13' × 15' embody the counter area? I assume it does by which case the kitchen might really feel smaller in comparison with simply the pure dimensions.
