We’re shopping for a home and the homeowners declare the brick is a manganese brick. The feel on the bricks seems to be unusual. Can any of you affirm or deny the concept that is manganese brick or tell us if it's painted or stained as a substitute. Additionally any thought what the unusual groove/tread impression is?
