I agree, as somebody who loves good modernist structure, and particularly loves when it is effectively juxtaposed with conventional structure, my first intuition when seeing this was that it was a travesty.
It appears horrible. I’ve no clue how anybody within the determination chain authorised this. Maybe it’s constructed with the inside in thoughts. I am going to need to look into it. However, externally, this appears terrible. It is so undefined and uninteresting, like an enormous has left a half suvked on lozenge on prime of the constructing.
