In-built 1924, the historic preservation society defines this home as French Eclectic – a typical fashion following WWI. Troopers returning house have been impressed to construct Normandy fashion homes with steep pitched roofs, casement home windows, French doorways, and a mixture of timber and stucco surfaces. On the inside, these homes usually took on a Tudor or Spanish affect – generally a mix of each. Our position was to transform kitchen and baths, create a visitor suite on the bottom ground, refresh the home all through, after which furnish it comfortably for an informal household of three.
