The competitors, run by NUWAO (Nature-based City design for Wellbeing and Adaptation in Oceania), requires submissions of city design, panorama design, structure, short-term buildings, inside structure, public infrastructure and buildings, of any scale – from a single web site or construction by to an idea for a whole city or metropolis.

The competitors, open till 18 November, includes three classes of entry: Skilled, Scholar, and Youth/Basic Public. Every class has a primary prize of $1500, two runner-up prizes of $500 every and a complete prize pool of $1000 for particular mentions throughout the three classes.
From the entries obtained, NUWAO hopes to realize particular concepts, ideas and examples associated to how one can adapt Oceania’s city centres to local weather change by working with nature in empowering methods for native and/or indigenous peoples.
